14 cup
almond flour
14 tsp
baking powder

egg
1 tbsp
oil
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tbsp
chocolate chips, optional

Preparation
  1. In a microwavable mug, combine mix, flour, and baking powder. Whisk in egg, oil, and vanilla. Top with chocolate chips, if using.  
  2. Microwave on high, uncovered, for 1–1 12 min, or until cake is set in the center. 
Tips

Microwave wattages can vary. Check to see if the cake is set after at 1 minute, then add 30 seconds if needed.
